Merlot

Merlot is a variety originating from the Gironde, in France, and demonstrates incredible adaptation in many viticultural areas of the world. Present in Friuli since 1800, it finds an authoritative expressive positioning in the Prepotto district. We dedicate grapes from the younger vineyards, which have yet to find their balance. It refines in barriques for long periods of time and, with patience and the right amount of time, can present itself as rich and elegant.
