Chardonnay Sant’Elena

International white berried variety par excellence. We began to vinify it alone a few years ago (2003), to immediately characterize it in its proper dimension. The grapes from the Sant’Elena parcel are the base, then we add grapes from adjacent parcels as well, helping to expand the final complexity. The diversified soils on which the vines are planted are on average rich, clayey and with significant amounts of silt. These give the wine very terrestrial aromatic and palliative notes, in which minerality from the parcels prevails.
