Ribolla Gialla

An autochthonous white berried variety that has always been produced in Friuli. These vines have a vigorous growth and constant production. The grapes ripen quite late and the berries take on a golden-orange color, so the variety does not adapt easily and requires the best soils and exposures. The wine expresses itself with absolute discretion and very subtle aromas of chamomile and white flowers. The low alcohol content and vibrant acidity make it accessible and suitable for various food pairings.
