Sauvignon

DOC Friuli Colli Orientali.

A very important variety that arrived in Friuli in the mid-nineteenth century. Wine obtained from vineyards planted with different clones and selections of sauvignon blanc on soils with variable compositions, rich in clay and silt which, rich and deep, accompany the vine by nourishing it throughout the grape ripening phase, giving the wine clear terrestrial characteristics and complexity. We are not looking for aromatic exasperations because we think of a Sauvignon that, with discretion and constancy, over the years can express a crescendo of those notes that give longevity to this extraordinary product.
