This wine originates in this magnificent valley, probably near Albana. It is said that, in 1282, Schioppettino was consumed on the tables of the most important families, a clear indication of the antiquity of the vine which still maintains its modern and current essence. Our family has always produced this wine, and we still persevere in our commitment to preserving the Schioppettino as the very essence of the territory, consolidating our vision over time, with work and experience. Schioppettino is a very elegant wine, which aromatically opens with hints of spices, with white and green pepper that prevail on the background of small berries. On the palate it expresses itself with a balanced concentration and subtle and sensual tannins, fitting into a unique niche, in which elegance prevails over braun. It is a wine made of grapes from different vineyards, in which the distinctive characteristics of the individual areas intertwine.
